Run, don't walk from this place. They put in a wheel chair ramp and a cement pull off space off the main road. They were contracted through an agency like the area agency of aging or some agency along those lines. When I spoke to the guy that estimated everything, he seemed to know what he was talking about. He explained everything that was going to be done, the thickness of the stone and cement, things like that. I thought it was going to work and be nice. They started to dig the holes for the ramp and the space to the pull off. They started digging the pull off at the wrong spot. The transportation provider my mom uses has rear load vans. They started digging for a side load vehicle. When I told them that wasn't going to work, the workers said that is how their boss told them to do it. Well, that finally got straightened out. Then they started digging the holes for the ramp post. When they set the posts, they threw in one bag of cement for each hole. Now, I am in no way a professional, but I always thought you filled the entire hole with cement. They don't. They filled the holes about 3/4s of the way with loose dirt. Never packed it that I seen. Then they built the ramp. That came out nice and is the only reason I didn't mention negative stars. Then they poured the cement for the pull off. It did look nice. Less then a year, the cement started cracking where the little side walk that met the ramp and the pull off met. I contacted them about it and he said he would be up to look at it. He never came. I called about 2 or3 weeks later and spoke to him again. He said he came down with gout and that was the reason he didn't come and he would come up. Never happened. I called again. This time he told me that cement cracks and hung up. We contacted the agency that paid for it, but they didn't really seem to care. I guess because it wasn't their money. And now, either the cement is sinking, which I think it is because they didn't use enough stone, or the ramp is rising because of the lack of cement in the holes. And now, there is a lip where the cement and the ramp meet. Oh, and by the way, the van can't even use the pull off because it isn't long enough. You have to go in the grass to use the pull off properly. He was told about that to, but didn't care. So to recap: we had to fill the holes in for the ramp post, had to regrade the lawn where they messed up on the pull off, had to regrade the yard, all of which he said they would do, but never did. I'm not sure how I am going to fix the transition from the ramp to the cement. There is no sense in calling them. I would just be wasting my breath. No sense in contacting the BBB because they aren't registered with them. Maybe the next step will be the attorney general.

Totally agree with the first reviewer. RUN do not Walk. Lousy work, dirty mess left behind, numerous calls to see why they've not shown up, nasty grouchy old battleax answers the phone. Just Don't.
