  Had a roof inspection and repair performed by Sol Vista. They were very honest and thorough about the current state of my roof. Another contractor tried to tell me that I needed a new $20k roof when it was not the case. I would highly recommend!

  I just have to share a one in a million positive experience with Kyle Shirley from Sol Vista Roofing. While observing his kids’ swim lessons at Goldfish Swim School he noticed leaks coming through the ceiling from our roof. Unprompted, he took pics and found a way to contact me. He had ideas about how to remedy the situation and had his team on our roof within hours. A faulty roof drain was identified and we are in the midst of repairs now. What kind of guy takes it upon himself to offer unsolicited assistance while spending time with his family? Kyle does! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sol Vista for going the extra mile and really caring about people. Thanks!!!

  Kyle and his team were exceptional. We had a recurrent leak after a previous repair failed, we called around 10 pm, and Kyle and his team were here to repair it the next day. They explained to us the poor quality of the entire roof and outlined and quoted us with multiple options for repair vs replacement. We've used contractors before and never had as flawless of an experience as we did with Sol Vista. Ultimately, we decided to coat the roof and, again, the team made themselves available, stuck diligently to their timeline, and were communicative every step of the way. Sol Vista gets my strongest recommendation.
