Carson Smart proves to be very professional and respectful when working with his customers. He always puts his customers first and is always doing what is best for them. He is persistent in getting what is needed. I appreciate the fact that Soderburg Roofing is a family-owned business and treats their customers and employees just like family. We noticed our roof leaking and Soderburg sent someone out the same day I called them to inspect the issue. They immediately recognized the wind/hail damage and then helped us work with our insurance agency to get a new roof and gutters installed. Their installation crews were amazing. They had the entire roof tore off and reinstalled in one day! Plus they cleaned up so well after the installation that you couldn't even tell they'd been here, aside from the new roof... Shout out to the Project Manager (Leo) for ensuring everything went smoothly. Can't thank you enough!

Carson and his team did everything to help with the process including explaining the different areas of damage that can happen to a roof. They were very professional and courteous. When it is time to replace our roof the Soderburg Roofing will the company we will choose to call. Carson and his team are a real asset to their company.
