  Cory and his team are amazing. He did a total kitchen remodel for me. He totally gutted the kitchen and added a wall, put in new flooring, painted, installed new appliances and Ofcourse the cabinets. From start to finish he kept me updated with what all was going to happen. Cory and his team are very professional, very neat, They cleaned up along the way they are absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier. I have other projects to be done at my house and will Most certainly be calling on him. I work for a bank and hear clients talking about there remodel projects all the time. I will most definitely be singing his praises to them.

  As a local Realtor, Cory saved a deal for me and my clients after a major water leak a few days before closing. The tile work was perfect even though he had to move quickly to meet our deadlines. He jumped in to help after another agent in my office recommended him, now I will always recommend him to my clients.

  Soco Construction remodeled my 1983 townhouse in June and July of 2020. I was living in another city during the renovation. Corey and his crew did a beautiful job with new molding, vinyl plank and carpet, interior paint, and more. They worked independently and did quality work, cleaned and even helped install appliances. They were dependable, affordable and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I really appreciated their attention to the details.
