  I received price quotes for my office building roof replacement from 4 different companies. Snow Country Roofing had the best price for a great quality shingle and the best time frame for completing the job. Once started, their 4, person crew had the job complete including cleanup in 2.5 days. Great crew! I couldn’t be happier with the job and the company.   Snow Country roofing offered a great experience from the moment that we contracted with them. They were attentive during the sales process and listened to all of my wants and needs.   Snow Country Roofing has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Management is very well acquainted with the overall job feel, as well as what is required to succeed in the industry. This has lended itself to a seamless on-boarding process and first several months working with Snow Country. Work/life balance is another huge plus of working here. There are certainly busy times where all hands on deck are required. However there is a lot of flexibility and you have the ability to make this job what you want and need. While I would rate the support and resources highly this is a job where you get back exactly what you put in. If you are a personable, self motivated, driven individual you will succeed here.
