  Our heater stopped working in January when it was so cold, I called several places and no one could get here. I called Snow Bear and they got here the same day and fixed it! The technician was helpful, we discussed our need for a new AC unit, and he took pictures. I spoke with Karen over the phone, we agreed on a unit, they were here the next day and completed the installation. The customer service is excellent, from Aubrie, Karen, Josh and Dan the owner, they stayed in communication through out the process, followed up to see if we had any concerns, or issues. All in all this was the smoothest installation we have ever had! I will totally recommend them for ANY heating or air conditioner issues! Thank you again Snow Bear!!

  Dan was AWESOME and very professional! I knew about how much my bill would be ahead of time and what the issue was. It was repaired in a timely manner and I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely use him for future repairs and service and highly recommend this company!
