They do the Best from the time you walk in the welcome you in and I ask a nice Lady for help not knowing she was already on a mission but in less than 5 minutes she was there helping me. Ace beats the pants off of Lowe's who has NO Service as far as I'm concerned  !

It's a great store! All kinds of local gifts, Simply Southern, home decor, paint, small outdoor plants and amendments department-wish they had more. Shovels, spades, pitch forks, saws, lawn equipment & parts, shipping and receiving for UPS and Amazon,  sunglasses, ty, children's books with stuffed animal to match theme, candy, clothing, etc. It's a gift and home decor store inside a hardware store!

I was going to buy something but I needed to use the restroom. Every other sneads ace that I go to has a public restroom but for some reason Lusby Sneads is still closed. Little ridiculous if you ask me. What makes this Sneads different from the others? Took my money elsewhere.

I can assure you that our decision to close the restrooms at all of our locations was not made without much discussion.  Unfortunately the public restroom had taken on a new way of disposing of bodily fluids for some individuals.  Protection of our staff was paramount in this decision, as in any decision.

We, of course, are available to accomodate any emergency that is brought to our attention.  If you are shopping at any of our locations and are in need of the restroom please seek out someone from our  management team, they are easily identified in a black polo.

Friendly staff, clean store, good products and pricing is fair.  I always enjoy the local section of the store for unique gifts and cooking spices.

DON’T USE UPS HERE!!!!my people went here 2wks ago to ups me a package (which between ace and ups it MYSTERIOUSLY disappeared)!!my people filed a claim which has now been approved almost 2wks later but now ups wants all these receipts to verify everything they’ve sent me in that package (as if they’ve kept every little receipt) when it should’ve never disappeared in the 1st place.it was food,household products and cash in that package too so how do you show a receipt of cash you’ve sent?that doesn’t even make any sense because you can’t.nonetheless we will NEVER use this store or ups for anything ever again!!!we will be using fedex from here on out

Amazing experience!  I was at the store on Monday May 3rd right at opening time.  The cashier was very helpful and friendly!  The two guys that help load cars and trucks in the back  were super friendly and professional.  I should have gotten their names but I truly was impressed with the whole shopping experience!  Thank you for being such a great store!

I have better luck getting in a bank then i do the local hardware store. If they would cut the staff in half, they could stay open past 5pm during the week and open on sundays. Instead theres a red vest in each and every single aisle asking if you need help. I would prefer to support them instead a big box store like Lowes however theyre never open for me to support them! I cannot grasp how the local hardware store can have such horrible hours. They are overstaffed each day and half the time two kids just hanging out chatting instead of working. Cut staff each day and extend hours!

Usually has some version of what I'm looking for, but often doesn't carry mutliple brands of a particular item so sometimes a high quality product isn't available. Buiding materials that they offer are good. Overall a good local store and much more convient than Lowe's for people who live in Lusby.
