  I hired smitty in august to paint my house. I originally wanted for the siding to be replaced but he told me he could repair the siding and paint it for $5000 so I decided to trust him. They showed up I paid them a deposit and they started power washing and scraping. What they ended up doing was destroying the siding beyond repair. Smitty said he could repair it which all he did was spread caulking over the gouges which made it look worse the siding he used to match on the side and window were nowhere even close the window material he said was leftover he had in a pile at his house. He does not have insurance and is not bonded, which I should have checked in the beginning. He signed a promissory note agreeing to return my deposit after multiple calls he said the check was in the mail have not received at this point. He will no longer answer calls if he does he just hangs up. To repair what he did to my house cost me $11000.00 which is double what he told me originally. BEWARE find a reputable contractor that is insured and bonded.

  Very honest and hard working people. I needed them to check a place out that I purchased and they were more then willing to help me out and get things in order. I will be using them again in the real near future! Highly recommended
