We have a Dillons Marketplace back home and we were traveling through town and needed a few items. Stopped here and it was like walking in to the one back home. Very clean. The girl working the self check out area was very nice. Family restroom was relatively clean but soap and paper towels were out. They have everything you could possibly need here.

Great store! Great choices of food, excellent BBQ and love the bar. Only issue is the disgusting goth kids that show up everyday near Starbucks causing trouble. Really bringing down the value of Los Alamos

Awesome store! It's the Walmart of Smith's. They have everything here. Visit the food area. Their sandwiches have saved us many times when we have come to Los Alamos for hockey trips.

So store hours online are not the same as store hours for the store. Night manager is extremely difficult to deal with. Does not seem like she enjoys her job at all. Makes you feel like you're being forced out. She says the store closes 5 minutes before it's supposed to, correction 55 minutes after online information. And exactly 5 minutes before 11:00 p.m. which the store stays open till 11:00 p.m. . Not like website shows 10:00 p.m.. That's according to online. Website and everything was updated a week ago. The store is supposed to close at 11:00 p.m. . But night manager, "store closes promptly at 10:55 p.m.and doors will locked behind you." "And if purchases are not made before then.?" Good luck I guess? Our nation. Not too sure what to think about that.    Very interesting store especially if it's an emergency situation. Other than that stores great. Don't quite understand the closing situation or false online updates and closing times. Everything else seems to be running very smooth. Other than walking in the store and shopping at night.

Nice store with a good selection, although things are frequently out of stock. There also seems to be a staffing problem particularly on the weekends. The last few times I was here on the weekends the self check was closed and two cashier lanes we're open with lines half way through the store. Today I went to grab lunch and the prepared food bar was vacant, I was told the chicken wouldn't be ready until the afternoon so I tried a sandwich from the deli, the roll was so dry and stale it crumbled while eating it. Pretty disappointed. That sandwich is a good metaphor for the whole store, looks and sounds good but terrible execution.

This smiths was the best smiths I've ever gone to! I guess since the town is soo small and there isn't any other stores really this is just an all in one! From a brewery, to a BBQ place, Starbucks, Murray's! They sell clothes and shoes, games and camping supplies along withall the normal smiths go tos!! Omg there was a little bit of everything!!

Nice of Smiths to open for brief hours on Thanksgiving day, but the closed the doors 30 minutes earlier than the advertised closing time.  It would have been nice for them to have advertised a closing time 30 minutes earlier if that’s what they really meant. I would shop elsewhere if there was another grocery store on the Mesa.

I just want to give a shout out to Sammy for helping me check out. He went out of his way to offer superior customer service. It was greatly appreciated. Thanks for going above and beyond today.

This is a pretty nice store. Great selection fresh food. If shopping wears you out, take a break at the bar, have a beer, watch some sports.
You can use your Kroger card to get the discounts if you don't have a smiths card.

Why is enough staff such a challenge? Location? Some nights great, some nights a fifty person  line.  Never experienced this anywhere.
