This is the second time (2nd house) we have used this company. They work well with our insurance company and very professional, flexible, reliable and responsive when I had a question. Smith and Ramirez is truly the best. They installed a new roof for us and did a fantastic job. They communicated throughout the job, did a thorough inspection, audited their own work, and were high on their own standards. Even the account manager came on site on the last day and was helping pick up trash and nails from the yard. I mean...who does that? I was thoroughly impressed of their professionalism and quality of work. This is a solid business.

We are extremely pleased with Smith and Ramirez Roofing. They were very professional in all aspects. They covered the entire area to ensure that all debris was collected ( especially all the nails) and disposed of. All the employees were professional and hardworking. We are so pleased with our new roof!! It was put to the test when we had those big rains and it passed with flying colors! We recommend Smith and Ramirez without hesitation !
