  Called for an estimate and there were on my roof in 24 hours and provided the estimate in writing. Scheduled and completed the roof installation within the next 4 days. Very responsive, quick turn around and very reasonably priced. Answered all my questions and responded quickly each time I reached out. I absolutely recommend and will use again.

  Had these guys come out and do work back in January. Spent maybe 20 minutes on the roof. A few days later we got a ton of rain and my roof leaked almost non stop. Called them back up and they came back out and again spent maybe 20 minutes working. Again it rained and again my roof leaked. It is now May and I've given up on them, my ceiling is destroyed because they were not able to do what I asked them to do. Only plus side of this is that they are very kind amd worked with me for payment. Never paying them again, however.

  Hired Smart Roofing about 5 years ago to reseal flat roof. They did a great job, always professional and on time. They took pictures before and after with my phone, as I requested, so i could see the work done. They showed me problem areas to be mindful of in the future. I called them last year with a little trouble with an ice jam, they came out, fixed the problem and saw some other damage I did not know of to some seals, took pics again with my phone to show me, and resealed those areas for me at no charge. Anyone I know who asks for a recommendation will always get Smart Roofing from me.
