Smallwood Renovations built a detached screen porch for us using Trex and EZ Breeze windows. It’s just what we wanted! The crew worked starting in late December through mid February in some cold and unfavorable conditions. They got the job done despite bad weather. The construction is top notch - worth the investment. The crew and staff were responsive, professional, and communicated with us throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I am extremely pleased with the job Smallwood completed. They put siding on the garage and were able to perfectly match the siding  with the existing siding on the house. They completely transformed the screened porch; replacing the wood beams, screen, and doors. They also replaced the small deck in front of the porch. They made the whole process easy.

Our new pool deck is amazing!!!  The entire process working with Smallwood was professional yet personal.  Lakin put the vision we had into possibility and John and his crew made it reality. We had a great experience with Smallwood Renovations for the construction of our backyard deck. Lakin was exceptionally helpful through the design process and the whole staff of this family-run business were great to work with. The construction crew was respectful and courteous. They never disappeared for days at a time and always showed up when they said they were going to. There was good communication throughout the construction process, they were quick to correct errors, and it was a clean and organized construction site. We had a positive experience using them for repairing our deck.  They helped to guide us with the proper decisions to make sure we were obtaining a safe and code compliant deck.  The new combination rail system looks great and the new steps are so much stronger.

Did a fantastic job on a complex whole-home gutter replacement where all of the new gutter downspouts terminate in some kind of rain barrel, or in a "first flush" filtration system that leads to a rain barrel. At a time when "easy" contracting opportunities are abundant -- and several other contractors wouldn't even consider taking on a non-cookie cutter project, Smallwood sent their most knowledgeable field tech to lead every step of the install. Very highly recommended! (I've already signed a second contract for Smallwood to build a custom hillside deck)
