  I contacted several roofing companies when I found an active leak in my living room ceiling. Joe was the first to respond and the first to arrive at my house. Other companies contacted me hours later to give me an appointment over a week later, other companies didn't respond to my messages at all. Joe Slavin Construction went above and beyond to take care of my new home, I'm definitely sticking with them to do upcoming maintenance on our roof. I really couldn't ask for better service than what I received from Slavin Construction on the Miracle Mile.

  NOT Sad to say I'd give a 0..called to question on the job this company did for me. I was told that he has no receipt for part of the roof job which clearly he did put shingles over 3 other existing shingles. This is Clearly a code VIOLATION and below par for a reputable contractor. To top it off he also stated I wasn't charged for it if he did it..pictures show it was done I certainly didn't do it. Taking my complaints to small claims court and the better business bureau. Liar and a scammer.

  Good service, fair prices from a company that you know will be around 5 years later if something goes wrong. One knows the employees are properly insured should something go wrong. A LOT of contactors cannot honestly say that.
