  A million negative stars are not enough here! Absolutely UNPROFESSSIONAL and the situation I am left to deal with is a disgrace! The company took my deposit in October of 2020, with an anticipated date of completion on Nov 4th. After many texts and emails back and forth they never came to complete the job. It was one excuse after another after another. Inability to work weekends????? Seriously? They knew we had a serious leak and we would not be able to sustain a continued wait time. I needed to move forward with my project due to the possibility of snow. The reality, I was able to find another roofer to come. The project was completed in 3 days and all is well, except I am out my deposit! I guess see you in court!
