  First, we would like to take this opportunity to thank Charles Owen , Storm Restoration Expert, from SkyfAll Exteriors, LLC -Virginia, for the outstanding job he did in handling the roof replacement on our home. From the first meeting with my wife and me through the free inspection, where he identified hail damage, he explained the whole process walked us right thru the insurance process, took pictures, filled claim thru Farmers Insurance, met the adjuster on our behalf, until the final payment Charles was nothing but pleasant and professional to deal with. He always responded to our phone calls and text messages and the estimate he provided was exactly what it took to replace our roof, no hidden costs! He understood what we needed and did his very best to provide it for us. Second, we want to complement SkyfAll Exteriors, LLC for the wonderful job their crew did on our house. They arrived and laid tarps completely around the house covering our plants, deck, and yard before they even got on the roof. The process of striping the old roof and installing the new one was accomplished in one day. The crew even came back the next day and checked to make sure they hadn’t missed anything in cleaning up as it was getting dark when they finished the day before. We are extremely happy with our experience with Charles Owen and SkyfAll Exteriors and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them both and have them do work for us again. Tom W.

  Troy and David served my family well on an insurance claim that led to replacement of roof, gutters, downspouts, vinyl siding, shutters and a sliding screen door. Quality craftsmanship and premium materials show throughout the finished remodel of the exterior of the townhouse - applied name brand premium materials that are highly rated on Consumer Reports Magazine Certainteed Vinyl Siding and Soffit, Tyvek House Wrap and Rigid Foam Paneling and GAF Architectural roofing shingles. Of the dozen companies my wife spoke with over telephone, we observed Skyfall Exteriors to have completed the most thoroughly documented assessment of the five companies who actually conducted an on-site assessment. Of course, COVID-19 supply chain disruptions and insurance adjusters' COVID precautions delayed material supply lead times and claims process. Insurer confirmed that Skyfall Exteriors submitted pictures, explanation and estimates to their online workflow thereby alleviating drudgery for my wife and I. Suggestion: Find your contractor. Don't find yourself in a situation where the contractor found you by canvassing your neighborhood.

  A+++ service from Skyfall Exteriors! Their rep Charles Owen (Storm Restoration Expert) was simply amazing from start to finish! He came out for a free inspection, identifying we had wind and hail damage, took pictures, explained the whole process, walked me thru the insurance, helped me file a claim, and even worked with the adjusters on my behalf. Charles and Skyfall Exteriors LLC helped me save over $17,000 on a brand new 50yr architectural Owens Corning Duration roof. I highly recommend using Charles Owen & Skyfall Exteriors.
