  For the interior of our project, Jeff did a complete renovation. We replaced carpet with tile and hardwood flooring, updated a stair railing, gutted a master bathroom and made a bunk room out of another large closet. He works with high quality craftsmen and handles all the details himself from start to finish. We couldn't recommend Jeff Pell and Sky Home more highly!

  We worked with Jeff Pell on a condo project in Banner Elk over the past few years. Most recently he rebuilt the railing on our deck and fixed a flagstone patio. It looks amazing. Jeff worked well with the structural engineer bring the deck up to code and also worked with the Property Owners Association to make sure the design was consistent with the rest of the condo properties. Jeff added lighting to the railing for the final touch. Jeff is creative and a good problem solver. He easy to work with and has much integrity and a very personable demeanor.

  Cannot say enough great things about SKY. They are very professional, with great attention to detail in every aspect of the project. Their craftsmanship is outstanding. Everyone involved was very helpful and informative, especially the office staff who kept me updated every step of the way. EXCELLENT all the way around !!
