  He put my project months behind schedule. I originally contacted Skip in January. I needed some work done on my pergola. He seemed nice and went through everything. He said that he would contact me once the temperature warmed up. I reached out again in March to confirm since the temperature dropped again. He said he would take care of me around April. I decided to touch base at the end of March to get on the schedule and didn't get an answer via text or phone call. EventualIy I got his son who said to text him and that he would get back to me once he finished with the machinery he was working with. Here we are in May, and now I'm contending with my HOA due to the project being incomplete. At any time he could have said "I will not be able to complete the job". Other contractors were upfront and said they only handle new construction which is the route I will be going once I can find someone. Maybe you'll get lucky and he'll actually show, but if anything take this as a warning.
