In October of 2020 we had Bo come out to give us an estimate on getting our garage trim clad in aluminum along with fixing our soffit. He measured everything & told us we would get an estimate a few days later. Rather than put together an estimate we got an email from Brittany saying, "We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not something that we can complete at this time. Thank you for your understanding." Apparently since we were not friends with the owner of the company as Bo had thought at first, our job was not important to them. This is a poor way to treat potential clients and a great way to lose future business as I would never recommend anyone get work done by them. I'd leave a negative rating here if possible. I responded to a poor email sent to me promptly after the "pandemic" appointment. There was no mention at the time of the quote that the pandemic was a problem. Just Bo bad mouthing the owner of the company who does too small of projects for friends not other people. Funny that you only responded to this poor Google review, that can be seen by the public, rather than help customers when they need it.

My roof was leaking for years and Steve and his crew came looked at my roof and within a 24 hour period my roof and boards were replaced and i sleep comfortably everytime it rains. Great job and thank you Steve
