  Many good things about our project and many good ideas were offered to improve the design. Easy to work with. Unfortunately that good feeling gives way to frustration with the lack of attention to detail. Exterior Doors installed at the wrong height, closet not sealed when closed in allowing cold air to blow inside in the winter, bathroom tile poorly done in Master (but well done in another bath). Having a cold closet floor, not being able to put a rug at the door and seeing the bad tile just makes the experience sour.
