Billy Sipe gave us a free roof inspection, he found several issues and that led to a full roof replacement. He worked with our insurance company for great results. I really love the roof and this was such a blessing. He went on to put roofs on about 3/4 of our subdivision and we are all very grateful.

Billy is the kindest man!  He and his team took care of roof and unexpected issues in a timely, and  economical way. He personally came to check on my roof and followed up to make sure pleased with it. Quality work and a friendly face with a fair price!!

We have needed a new roof for a long time but our insurance company wouldn’t approve it. Billy and Jacob came to see my roof, called my insurance company for me and had them out at my home and approving a brand new roof in no time flat. They took care of everything for us so that the only thing that I had to do was pick the color of my new roof. Outside of choosing my roof color,  this company literally took care of everything. They had the entire roof and garage done in under a day. They dealt personally with my insurance company so that there was nothing that I needed to do. Dealing with roofers had been a headache until I called this company. Everyone that we met that worked for Sipe General Builders  was professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. They came highly recommended to us by some of our neighbors and I certainly understand why. If you need something done on your home and you want a company that you don’t have to micromanage and will take care of everything for you, then  this is definitely the company for you!
