  Very dependable, responsive and professional. Have been using this company for over 10 years for our commercial property management company. For roof leaks they always locate the leaks and make the repairs correctly. Jim calls and schedules with the tenants based on their availability. His crew are always is on time and very professional. I have had tenants call and tell me how easy and pleasant they were during the whole process. Have never had to call back for the same leak. For new installs they take their time and install correctly. Very reputable and I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

  Failed to do what they were hired to do correctly the first time. Threatened to put a lien on our house for not paying $500 for unwarranted work that was never authorized verbally or in writing when they came back to examine their incomplete repair.

  The review is nonfactual as we did not fail to do what we were paid to do. We guaranteed the roof for 5 years and it is not leaking. This other leak area is not at the same location. It says we came back to examine our incomplete repair. We never did a repair. We did a flat roof which does not leak. Keep in mind this started almost a full year after our correct installation.

  Installed a new roof it looks great his crew is very professional they cleaned up any debris that came off the roof, I would highly recommend Singles Roofing.
