  Contractor is incompetent and verbally abusive. Do Not believe a+ BBB rating or advertisements! Took 21 months to complete hail damage repairs. They didn’t return phone calls, tried to collect payment on a job without giving us estimate and scope of repair, We had to continually tell Them what work was complete and what was pending because they completely lost track, billing had to be continually scrutinized because we were double billed and amounts didn’t match insurance allowance, was verbally abusive with screaming and name calling when I asked why they never call us back and banned me from going into their office or calling there (I’m a72 yr old woman and a single female acquaintance had a similar experience), was told by staff that Harvey Singh approved billing and collecting for work that was not completed, and he was yelling at customers. Had a contractor tell us he couldn’t get Singh to pay for work he completed. You Do Not Want to go through what we did. They should not be in business.
