  Whoever was driving their van out on quarterfield road on March 16th about 5:15 PM just cut me off pulling out of a parking lot forcing me to it my breaks to avoid a collision. Hope their work is better than their driving.

  Pretty rude guys blocked a handicap.spot for no reason took a private spot, and rudely greeted the lady that asked why they took her spot and blocked access the reason was access to thier work, but thier open space several feet either direction. They also blocked in other spaces and wouldn't move for some time.
