  Unreliable. Contracted to do a small roof. A one day job and he never showed. Had to track him down and it was always some new excuse of why he could not come. Final straw was 3rd day he said he would be here at 7:30am and never showed. Called and phone went straight to a voicemail mailbox that was full. All three days I had to contact to find out why he was no show. He never reached out to inform me there was a problem. I understand things happen but when you are in this kind of business blowing off your customers is inexcusable.

  Sir, you're absolutely right in what you are saying and we truly do apologize. A few unfortunate events that couldn't be controlled, led from one thing to another.
