  Simple Solutions is a pleasure to work with! Very professional and highly detailed-oriented. We have worked with them on several projects including roofs (that also involved helping us with the insurance company) and a structural framing project. Their crew is polite, clean, and knowledgeable. We could not be happier.

  If you are looking for a new roof, please consider Simple Solutions. Anthony and his team came to my house following a storm several years ago. They informed me of some damage and photographed my roof for comparisons the following years. He continued to monitor storm damage over and checked in with me periodically. A few months ago after another series of storms and rain, my roof gave up the fight. I contacted Simple Solutions and my insurance company. Both agreed to meet to do the inspection. It was determined I did, in fact, require a new roof. Anthony stayed on top of things throughout the entire process. They responded to my many questions, provided me with addresses of shingles I had selected so I could view their work, worked with my insurance company to replace my gutters and gutter guards. Julie, in the accounting department, was exceptional as well. Payments were made in 3 phases and Julie was there, along with Anthony, to ease my mind and process payments to allow for prompt deliveries of supplies and installations. This will sound crazy but they were so efficient in working with me and with my insurance, I got a little worried. I have never seen anything like it. They ALWAYS responded to my MANY questions and never lead me astray. I would also like to thank the roofers and gutter install men. They worked 2 days in the cold and did an amazing job. They cleaned up afterwards and were professional, polite and courteous. This small business cuts no corners. They hustle and the entire team will work hard to earn your trust and your business. I am so happy to have had them do my roof and I highly recommend Simple Solutions, Prince Frederick Md.

  The workers were punctual and very professional. They did a great job of removing and installing my Solar Panels and replacing my roof. I will highly recommend Simple Solutions to my Family and Friends
