  Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I recently had a great experience with Got To Remodel/Simple Roofing! However, what made my experience so pleasant, was Raphael. He was the one who walked me through the entire experience. What hits home is his professional acumen and ability to put us at ease. Raphael guided my wife and I through the entire process, which I must admit was extremely easy. Another area we were impressed with Raphael was his project timeline - he explained best and worst case scenario to us so we would be prepared. I am happy to report he was spot on with his dates ( actually the job was competed early)! When it came to the actual project itself (a full new roof), the workers were prompt, clean and courteous! Our new roof on our home and detached garage looks amazing! I highly recommend Raphael and Got 2 remodel/Simple Roofing. You will not be disappointed

  Simple Roofing was fantastic. The fact that they are a Public Adjuster wrapped within a roofing company has so much value and advantages over using those services separately. And when the time came to do the work, they were incredibly fast, and efficient. The team completed their work in one day, and were very friendly. High quality work.

  Rafael, My brother and his family, my brother-in-law, my sister and myself would like to thank you and your team for an excellent job installing new roof on my house and on my brother house. We are extremely happy and satisfied with you and your team service, very clean and very organized. The cleanup was through and beyond expectations. Excellent service throughout.
