  Bud did an excellent job as general contractor on my home remodel in Bishop CA. The house I purchased was a former rental unit and need lots of work. New Roof, New lighting and electrical panel work, New plumbing of a bathroom, new gas lines, took down a wall to open up a room, all new tile and flooring, drywall repair and on. Bud was able to get all the subcontractors in a timely fashion and high quality work. He was extra helpful with all the challenges that remodeling during a pandemic shutdown brought. He kept me up to date in all work and issue, a problem solver.

  We worked with Sierra Summit on a ground-up new construction project outside Bishop. Bud and the team were a pleasure to work with, bringing exceptional work ethic, honesty, integrity, resourcefulness and adaptability to the project.
