We are in the process of building a house using Sierra Remodeling and Home Builders. Howard and Scott are in charge of our house and so far are doing a great job! They have been great so far through the whole process and we look forward to being in our custom home soon! I highly recommend these guys to build your custom home!

We signed a contract with Sierra Remodelers and Homebuilders back in September 2021. Of course we were told they were scheduled through January, 2022 and then work would be started. However, work didn't start until the middle of February on our Arizona room and so far the electric isn't finished, the drywall is not done, painting or storm doors put on. It has been over 4 weeks since they started and today, not one man showed up to do any work! We keep getting promises but no action and when the men do show up not much is completed. We've been very patient because of the pandemic, waiting for supplies that finally came in and now there is no excuse, but more excuses. We are beginning to think they are taking on too many jobs, they can't handle and are working on projects that are bringing in more money, since our Arizona room isn't considered a large project. If they should get our room finished, by the end of this week, which I highly doubt, I will update this with a better review. But, we are not holding our breath. Update: March 28, 2022 Once again, false promises were made to us. We were supposed to have the electrical finished, our storm doors finished today, but as usual, no one showed up. The men that were promised to come, to finish our job, were assigned to another job. I called Jeremy, the project manager who refuses to answer his calls, from myself and the other project manager, Scott. The electrician was supposed to show up, also, for the carpenter doesn't know what to do without the electrician. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! The owner, Howard, pulls the men off of our job, which we are a paying customer, to do personal work for himself. The customers are not Important to this company! I don't know how good reviews are being written about this company, except perhaps it is their own employees writing the reviews! False reviews! I will continue to write a poor review until our Arizona room is completed. I have tile men coming to lay the tile, this coming Saturday and the room will more than likely still not be finished! Do Not Use this company! They are unorganized, unprofessional and are advertising for more jobs when they can't handle the ones they have!

Spoke to Scott a few weeks back. We have been dealing with leaking windows (during monsoon season) in a house we just moved into. It has been nearly impossible to get anyone out to our remote area. He said they couldn't even come out to give me a quote for two weeks.. fine, I guess I get it, you're busy. But to say you will call me on a certain day to schedule a consultation and to never get a call, that's disappointing. I manage projects and would never "forget" to follow up with a potential client. This is a great reflection on the company as a whole and a good indicator for how services would have been handled, had we been able to get something scheduled. Dodged a bullet there! Got someone responsive and proactive to handle the work instead.
