  Mark sent a couple of men to install new windows we bought from him. My wife and I were disappointed his crew made no effort to clean up as they installed the windows. The work was done quickly and other than not cleaning, we are satisfied with their work. Approximately 2 weeks later he started installing the siding. He did a great job. The transformation is amazing. My only complaint is he stopped working on my job to “help a friend get started on a small job”. He said he would help his friend in the morning and return to my job in the afternoon. He did not return that afternoon)a Thursday), did not return Friday because rain was forecast. Rain did not start until late afternoon so he did not work that day. Monday through Friday the next week it rained most of the time and he could not work. Understandable. Monday he does not work because he is working on bids for other jobs. He came back Tuesday and finished. He then contacted the gutter installation company to come reinstall the gutters. Their delay was not his problem. Mark does excellent work; our only complaint was he stopped working on our job to do another job. Had he worked every day possible on our job, we would have appreciated it.
