  Manny was very quick to respond. He’s very professional and on point with communication. Sent the quote with insurance and license info, same day I contacted him. Unlike in the past that I’ve experienced, contractors that don’t respond or take so long to respond, this is a breath of fresh air. He also provides guarantee of his work and will fix if anything goes wrong, for example if the sidewalk violation doesn’t get removed or we don’t pass the inspection etc. I can tell he really values his customers. I recommend Manny and his company. Already a great start. Doesn’t waste time and always responds.
