  Bob of Shumaker Roofing Co was absolutely FANTASTIC. Everyone has nightmare stories about using a contractor at some point or another, but Shumaker was professional, on time, communicated quickly and efficiently and was thorough and polite. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our project was under extreme time crunch, and Shumaker was able to make and complete the appointment without any delays. If you have a roof that needs inspection or repair, I would HIGHLY recommend making Shumaker your first call. You won’t regret it.

  I spoke with many reps from local roofing companies as I pursued a full roof replacement. Their estimates offered similar or same products, similar or same guarantees. The presentation from Brok, Shumaker Roofing’s sales rep, stood out from all the others. Instead of asking me to rely solely on his assessment, Brok showed me—using today’s technology—where our trouble spots were. He provided advice that resulted in critical savings. He consistently communicated and remained interested in the job from start to completion. Did he over-sell or over-promise? Not in the least. The crew was polite and thoughtful, worked tirelessly (on a Very Hot Day), finished in ONE DAY (incredible!) and cleaned up nicely when the work was done. Performance at this level begins at the top, so thank you to all at Shumaker Roofing. A company delivering this kind of quality defines and characterizes the meaning of “American know-how”.

  Joey was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me, including the insurance process, etc. It was a great experience all around. I love that they keep the communication with me along the process (from scheduling, confirmation, pictures of the roof, documents needed, etc).
