  Unfortunately I sustained a water leak along with thousands of others during the December 2021 storms. Shield Roofing was responsive, timely for inspection, thorough in both inspection and in providing a written estimate with pictures of my damages. The work was completed in a timely fashion and there were no surprises in pricing. The work was professional as was the communication. Shield Roofing did go above and beyond in their repair and they were honest in reporting findings during inspection and in repair process. Excellent work and kind people. They left everything in better condition than they found it. I will definitely call them again if needed and refer them to my friends. My roof is concrete tiles and I had been concerned about this project, but Shield Roofing calmed my concerns thru their thorough explanation and never made me feel I was bothering them with my multitude of questions. Thank you for an excellent job.
