The manager from Sherriff-Goslin was friendly, on time, and efficient. We had a leak in our roof that led to water affecting the ceiling in our bathroom. He was able to text me pictures right away to show me what the problem was (squirrels chewing on the roof by a vent) and fixed it right away. While he was up there, he let us know the condition of the rest of our roof, swept some tree debris off and recommended steps to take to help our roof last longer.  I would recommend the company to others and will look to them for any further problems.

We have an issue with our roof that needed attention and called several contractors out for an estimate.  We are so impressed with Sherrif- Gosling roofing. Joe went up on our roof , found the problems, fixed a couple of minor issues, took pictures and explained things very thoroughly with no hard sell.  Definitely going to use them in the very near future.  It is way too hot at the moment.  And by the way, two other roofers said we need a new roof immediately and Joe says we can probably get 3-5 more years of use with a minor fix.  Honest.

Sherriff-Goslin of Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti installed a new roof on our Cape Cod style house and garage. I would definitely rehire Sherriff-Goslin of Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti. I worked directly with Joe Cassell, Tony and his crew.

The project started on time and Joe kept us updated about possible delays due to rain storms.

The roofing crew consistently arrived every morning and worked throughout the day for several days. I have no idea how they survived the high humidity, temperatures and full sun. I was disappointed that I was not home on their last day when they cleaned up and parted. I wanted to thank them and say goodbye.

Tony was fantastic at listening to some of our minor concerns and addressing them. We felt heard and were grateful to be working with him.
I strongly believe that great attention was paid to the many small but very important areas that go unseen when properly installing a roof.

Sherriff-Goslin Roofing just replaced the roof on our house here in Ann Arbor and the entire team did a fantastic job.  Ben, who came out to inspect the roof (last repaired in 1987!) and provide a cost estimate for the job, clearly explained all the steps that the job would entail, but also let me know in advance that there might be complications which wouldn't be obvious until the 3 layers of shingles were removed.  Kenny, the crew manager, and his coworker Eric did a careful and complete job, were communicative throughout, and each day did a thorough cleanup of the work area.  I really appreciated that because we did need to use our neighbors' driveway for 3 days, our lot being so very narrow and the roof quite steep.  Thanks for doing such a great job, guys!

We had a truly awful experience with Sherriff Goslin. Ben Sherriff told us it would be 3-4 days to replace our roof. It took nearly 3 weeks with endless strange excuses for why the crew was never showing up (stomach flu, food poisoning, truck broke down, “personal issues”, etc). Our roof was removed with no covering and rained/hailed on for weeks resulting in multiple areas of interior ceiling damage. The final product has poor aesthetics on our front bay window, and we were offered the option of nailing down the shingles so they look appropriate but that would void the warranty for the whole roof.  Ben Sherriff gave us repeated false excuses and was highly dishonest for weeks; we were told he was terminated due to his treatment of our project which was also not true. Craig Lockerbie (Vice President) was not helpful nor did he offer any sort of discount to help us recoup the interior damages due to their negligence. We paid full price for a roof that took 3 weeks to complete, is not aesthetically pleasing, and had to pay an additional thousand to have interior ceiling leaks repaired due to their negligence. Please do not use this company! Feel free to contact me for photos/further information if you are considering using this unprofessional company for any roofing project.

We have never been able to do a full inspection of your claims regarding the interior issues. When we came out to inspect the exterior, there was no mention at that time that there were any outstanding issues with the interior of your home.

I would highly recommend Sherriff Goslin if you need a new roof. They installed a new roof on my house and the crew did great work. The finished product really added to the exterior appearance of our house. The manager was very responsive and the quality of work and materials were top notch.

A crew came out to look at my garage roof for replacement.  Crew was very nice.  Said they would call the following week with an estimate.  Week went by, no call.  I called them to see if my estimate was ready and was  told, "they are too busy to come to the phone". Very unprofessional.

I highly recommend Sherriff-Goslin Roofing!  The job they did roofing our barn was excellent in every way:  top quality shingles, excellent workmanship, commitment to details, thorough clean-up.
