  At Shane Fisk Roofing we have a no warranty policy on any repair work which is stated on the estimate and invoice that this customer received. Unfortunately, we weren't able to resolve the roof leak with our first attempted repair. Mr. Savastano was very unhappy that he was given another more expensive estimate that would have been a more permanent fix to his roof. Shane reached out to him personally and a full refund was given to Mr. Savastano. Due to Mr. Savastano's lack of professionalism, Shane also requested that he use another roofing company in the future. Proof of refund is attached to his customer profile in our records and can be released upon request. Communication with this customer has been cut off due to Mr. Savastano's continuous harassment of the secretaries at our company. We pride ourselves on customer relations and are very sorry this had to happen.

  Very thankful to have Shane Disk Roofing. Very courteous and accommodating to our work schedule. Shane was very honest and upfront with his estimate. I had called numerous roofing companies in Stark County and not one would come out for a repair that we were in need of for our flashing around our chimney. Logan actually came out and did the repair we needed and what an amazing young man. I was very impressed. Look no further than Shane Disk Roofing. One happy customer here!
