  Never calls back. Once the work is done and they have your money, they never call you back. Left with visible ugly shingle marks supposedly somebody came out and fix them the guy didn’t speak English so none of the work got done. Not to mention the fact the workers removed my hose and twisted the outside faucet -I know they broke it ‘ cause the piping inside aren’t that secure. I was home all day, they never asked for help. Left my driveway littered with nails and racks. Once they have my money they will never call me back. I’ve literally call them once a week a couple of times a day and it goes straight to voicemail. My calls are never returned. Supposedly there is a warranty on my roof and $1000 credit. I say supposedly because I’ve never seen the paperwork and I’ve never gotten the call back to confirm where that paperwork is. I do not recommend them for their professionalism. I think that you are going better off going with the local guy who is doing a good job and just trying to support his family.

  Hello Becky, thank you for expressing your concerns and bringing them to our attention so we can make the necessary changes in process to prevent future issues. However, this review is inaccurate in many accounts. This does not mean your feeling are not valid as of course they are valid. I find it sad that you feel it is ok to attack our employee that came out to replace a handful of "ugly" shingles after the city inspector explained to you the shingles were good. We confirmed the faucet was not broken it was just tightened tightly and you were unable to loosen it. So we came out and assisted you with loosening the faucet. Unfortunately, your multiple calls came into the office over the course of three days when we were closed for Christmas. However we were checking voicemail during that period and returned phone calls and emailed you multiple times. Finally, we are a local company that I am proud of the work and customer service we provide. We do this to support our community and families.

  Severe Weather Roofing has been INCREDIBLE. They truly are our heros! We had a terrible experience with our previous roofers, got scammed and had lots of home damage from the previous faulty installation. Severe Weather (John was our direct contact) came in, empathetically supported us through the entire process of inspecting and redoing our roof. They went above and beyond in their support of us to get our home back in shape and deal with the ramifications of our previous roofers. They jobsite was immaculate the whole time, the roofers did a wonderful job, they used very high quality materials, explained everything in an easy sense, worked extremely well with insurance, and were so nice to do business with. John in particular was our "MVP" (most valuable player). I can't even tell you the number of calls and texts we've exchanged where he has been incredible compassionate, helpful, supportive and professional. We will only be using Severe Weather Roofing from now on. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

  Awesome experience. Dan and Daniel came out to inspect what I thought was a roof leak. They did not even go on my roof at first, as they had another hunch. After some inspection time they found that I had a faulty drain on my A/C unit in my attic. Wow what good work and experience! They showed up on time and provided top level service. Having been in the construction industry in the past I always appreciate working with people who respect their craft. These guys were great.
