Worst place ever in communication.. they say they're going to call you back and they don't then you call them and they say that there was some kind of meeting and then they still don't call you back, then they say that they're supposed to clean up their mess but the guys put the dirty vents and everything on the counter kitchen table and end table they didn't clean those tables after they were there done a lot of unnecessary steps they did , putting things everywhere and creating more of a mess that they did not clean up scratched my end table and nobody ever returned my call lovely....

I reviewed the notes and do not see a damage report only concern that registers were being placed in areas not approved. We will work to ensure something like this does not occur on future losses. I had water in my basement from one of the heavy thunderstorms last month. I've had it before and just cleaned it myself or with family. I can no longer to do it so I called Servepro and they were fabulous. They not only got the water up but they left fans and a huge dehumidifier over the weekend to make sure the area was dry. Then they sprayed with mold killer which I really appreciated. They were polite, competent, and wonderful to work with. Thanks.

We were in the process of selling our home and during the inspection found we had a mold issue under our house.....one that needed to be taken care of in a short time frame. Called Servpro. They responded quickly completely understanding the time frame challenge. What a great company to work with....from the office staff to the wonderful people who came to take care of the problem.
