  Had a basement pipe break and fill my finished basement with a foot and a half of water. Servpro dried it out and rebuilt it. Doug, their contractor, was professional, responsive, and always tried to make me happy. When we hit some delays (which you always do, right?) he kept me informed and updated the timeline accordingly. I would definitely recommend them again.

  This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with a construction company. Tim-general contractor through ServPro did very minimal, was never fully aware of the entire project. The electrician-Jeremy is especially disgusting, rude, and condescending. "Not my responsibility" to label the epectrical panel that they updated and installed. Please do not use this company. It is appalling that we've paid $30,000 for subpar work. I was 'highly recommended' to them through Brian at Icon Mortgage and I've regret going through with this decision. Originally quoted "two-three weeks." We are over 120 days and finally completed with this headache. Unsure how to add pictures. But the contractors will ALWAYS leave a mess behind. You will always have to check up on them, as things are never done as quoted. Make sure to get EVERYTHING spelled out in the quote as well. We had copper piping in our original quote, came out to the home with all PEX piping installed. We were supposed to have electrical plugs and lighting installed in our cellar which was never done, the GCFI is not up to code in the bathroom, that they stated "we'll get this up to code" but again not CLEARLY listed in the quote. So they just don't do it. Again, please save yourself the headache.

  Very pleased with the timeliness at getting our issue taken care of when it happened. Water heater died and flooded parts of our basement. Rodrick and Eric were great and got things taken care of right away. Hope to never use Servpro again, but if I ever have another issue I know who I will call.
