  Highly recommend SERVPRO call if you need any restoration at your home after Water Damage. The office staff and technicians assisted me in my time of need.

  Scheduled a appointment for 9:00 am on Wed 11-6-2019 with the Arroyo Grande office. Took off work to be home for the tech. No one showed up or contacted us with an update. Contacted the office after waiting Two hours. Was hung up on 3 time by Rita. Called the SLO office and was told the tech is on vacation till next Wednesday but the company will gladly schedule someone to inspect the problem on Friday at 2 pm. Like we all have this free time. The appointment was for Wed 11-6-2019 at 9:00 am. Will find some one else never using this company or recommending them to anyone. Rita should be fired.

  Glad they are 24/7 emergency services because I never know what can happen. Everyone is informative and took me step by step of how everything was going to take place. The office staff is so friendly, always calling me back fast. This was my first time working with them and I will definitely use them again. Thank you SERVPRO. Request David, he was great.
