  SERVPRO helped me with cleaning our main lever after a small kitchen fire. They were on time and very professional. After cleaning they painted the entire floor. Very pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a gentlemen from servpro named Mike come out and give me an estimate to refinish my basement after a flood. He spent a total of 25 minutes in my house observing damages. After telling me he would write an estimate and be in touch, 2 weeks passed and I had heard nothing back, so I contacted him only to learn that the company wasn't interested in taking the job because of the insurance company that was involved in covering the damages, While I know they have the right to refuse the job, there was no reason for not contacting me to let me know. Very Unprofessional. Spent 25 minutes in my house in the middle of a pandemic and didn't have the common courtesy to write me an estimate or reject the job on site. BEWARE

  A pipe leading to my water heater burst on Thanksgiving.  Frantically, I called ServPro of Prince William County on a friend's recommendation who went through a similar ordeal. The person who answered the phone was delightful and immediately calmed me down.  Shortly after my initial call, the Serve Pro team arrived.  They were very detailed in explaining the process and eased my fears of potential mold damage. The team completed the work quickly and efficiently.  On a side note, they took all the necessary Covid precautions, too. Thank you, ServPro of Prince William County, for your fantastic work.
