They took forever to do anything and then charged my insurance company $12,000.00 for cleaning my stuff in which they didn't clean any of my belongings. They were also supposed to fix everything from the fire but they didn't do that either. To make things worse they didn't return all of my stuff and keep telling me they will have the insurance company reimbursement me for it when it's not the insurance company's place to do so. This has been my worst experience ever thanks to service pro. I wouldn't recommend them for anything ever.
