I contacted them to give me an estimate, they assured me they could do the job the following week. Nothing, no email, no return call, they didn’t even respond to my msg. I had cancelled the ServePro out of Saginaw because she told me they could do it, it was their region. So I found someone else! Poor professionalism, poor business ethics. Here is a tip for you, save yourself money and hire off Facebook groups. You will at least get a response.
