  William, Seth, and and Shawn were very professional and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after they finished each day, which isn’t always the case when people work in your home. However, after their part was finished, I have not been able to get servpro to come back and finish the job. I can’t even get them to call me back about setting up a time to come out and do the appraisal. They cut out a large piece out of my kitchen floor that is now a safety hazard. I’m afraid one of my kids is going to get hurt.

  Crew was great. However, I feel they failed to give me details of everything they were doing. Because of this, I was left with an additional bill because of cleaning rugs that should have been listed on my invoice and included in the cleanup fees. Ask for ALL the details when they are at your house as to what is included in their cleanup.
