Until you personally experience the trauma of seeing your home catch fire as we did, you may not grasp the comfort we felt in laying the heavy clean-up burden on the ServePro staff. Several hours after our phone call to Keith at ServePro, he was able to dispatch two employees to immediately tarp the roof and stabilize the resultant water and soaked insulation that was getting into the subfloor and lower level of ourhome. ServePro staff were always courteous and professional. They covered our open roof, removed hazardous and wet materials, cleaned and moved personal belongings and quickly dried our home to potential mold and decay. We will be out of our home for awhile yet but now we have the hope of returning to a clean and comfortable home. I know ServePro prevented further damage to the home by their quick response and that we will be back in our home sooner than if we had not made that call.

My water main in our basement was old galvanized steel pipe from the 70's. It started to rust from the inside and eventually started to have pin-sized holes dripping water. It was small enough that we didn't notice the water right away, so could have been days or weeks later. But our drywall, carpet, books on a bookshelf, and other items were soaked. Our insurance agent recommended SERVPRO, and they were out first thing to remove all the damaged materials, and then brought in a team to fix everything back to better than before the damage happened. They truly did make it look like it never happened! I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and they answered all of my dumb questions very politely and with obvious knowledge of what they were talking about. I highly recommend them! Thank you SERVPRO!!!

We had a great experience with the Traverse City team. They arrived within an hour of calling and thoroughly tested for moisture in every area possibly affected. While testing they explained what they were doing and what the possible outcomes might be. They explained what steps were necessary and what parts were precautionary, giving us full disclosure to make the best moves that worked for us.
