I hired ServPro of Durango after a fire at my house. They were quick to be onsite, and began work right away. The crew worked long days to get me back in the house as soon as possible. While cleaning, they came upon a stash of cash, which they made sure made it back in my hands right away. They also helped me navigate the claims process with our insurance adjuster, which was a bit of an overwhelming process. Tony explained every step of the process, and is probably the only reason I was able to keep somewhat sane through this ordeal.

I called Serv Pro to see if they would be able to remediate some mold in my car. I had already talked to a car detailer but Tony at Serv Pro had a very helpful and honest conversation with me, in which he ultimately recommended I use the detailer, not because he would not be able to help, but because he said it would not be as big a difference in the treatment plan to warrant the higher cost of service. I am SO appreciative of his honesty (which isn’t always a given) and he also went out of his way to help answer my questions, even when he knew I would be going elsewhere. If this is how Serv Pro treats someone who isn’t a customer, then I would highly recommend anyone use them for their clear professionalism and honesty.

Our ice maker hose split while we were away. Once discovered, Servpro was onsite within 2 hours with several people on a Sunday and started the mitigation process. They were very knowledgeable, took no shortcuts and made sure anything damaged was addressed or removed. We had multiple fans in the house for 8 days and they were in the house on and off over that period as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and make the situation as easy as possible on us. I HIGHLY recommend them!
