  Jon Avery and his team were incredible! There was a fire next door to our Savannah home and we suffered extreme smoke damage all through our house - and just to make it more of a problem - all in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Jon was on it in a matter of hours. They got the different experts in within days to assess what needed doing and Jon monitored the whole process - all the while keeping us informed of everything that was occurring as well as what the next steps would be. He and the others were always available when we called and happy to explain any issue. We were extremely pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend this firm to anyone. They were very personable and although I would rather not have had the damage happen - we are so happy and fortunate to have had them to help us through. Thanks again!

  I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needed this kind of service. I have worked with Jon for the most part on several occasions. He is professional, diligent, understanding, thoughtful, and more. I don't think I have ever met anyone who works as hard as he does. He responds to calls and text messages. All of the people that I have met who work with SERVPRO are extremely pleasant and professional. I hope I never need this type of help again, but if I do, they will be the ones I call. Thank you all at SERVPRO for your wonderful services.

  No one hopes to be in a situation where you have to call these guys but IF I ever need to again I would call them again in a heartbeat. I had the privilege of working with Frank, Jon, and the rest of their team! They were concise in explaining everything to me. Timely and clean in getting my mess taken care of. They really go above what they need to do to make sure your home is safe and protected from further damage. Even when I called to pay my bill, Nikki was the sweetest! Highly recommend this company.
