I was out of state when a pipe in my kitchen busted. Servepro was there within an hour and had the entire cleanup down with in the day! Extremely helpful and professional.

After searching for contractors and getting the runaround we called ServPro of Beckley. I wish we had in the beginning. They are efficient and provided a detailed estimate. They have a good relationship with the insurance companies. They know what is expected by them. The workers were prompt and did a top notch job repairing our floors.

Wow! We were blown away by ServPro. The entire crew were friendly, professional, courteous and true craftsmen. Special shout outs to Robert Maiolo and Tommy Smith, they went above and beyond and were like family. Our kitchen is better than “Like It Never Happened”. Thank you ServePro; Patrick, Robert, Robert, Tommy, Joe, Jake, Pam and Steve. P.S. Also a beautiful job by their cabinet contractor, Keaton Cabinets.
