  The crew at ServiceMaster is very professional.They came to my home on the weekend and removed all the water from my living room and kitchen. They set up fans to dry out my home. They wore their masks to keep my family and I very safe. I would recommend them to anyone having an issue in their home.

  This company is a rip off. I would call and be told someone would be coming out and they never did. I was given excuse after excuse after excuse. I have phone records and text messages to prove this. The company took 45 days to submit paperwork to my insurance company for water clean up. When I received the first, one, and only bill, there was a $200.00 plus dollar late fee on the bill. How can I be late on a bill the first time that I receive it. The company is claiming they cleaned up over $10,000.00 worth of water for a leak that lasted only 1 and a half hour. I had the same pipe burst two years ago and the leak covered my entire downstairs and ran for over over five hours. The bill for this clean up was no where near $10,000.00. My account had to be referred to National Water where Service Master ignored calls and emails asking for them to contact National Water to answer questions for the review. The case manager lied claiming that I was uncooperative and I refused to let them into my house to clean up and do demolition. This was a lie as I had to use personal time off from work to sit and watch them do their job. I was given excuse after excuse off why a representative missed appointments to check the machines. They even did more damage to my home in removing the baseboards. The debris from the demolition was left in my yard for over a week. I had to call to have it removed and that took another three days after calling to have it removed and they did not get everything. The paint on one wall has been stripped. I would not recommend them to drain water out of a toilet.

  I've had them clean my large oriental rugs and carpets several times and I've always been pleased! The technicians are both professional and careful while cleaning, as I have antique furnishings.
