  My husband and I had discovered a roof leak over our bedroom, we called service 1st to come and give us an estimate which, they worked with our schedule to make sure they came out and gave us an estimate in a very timely manner. We had reached out to multiple other companies who were too busy or never responded. So we obviously went with Service 1st. The job ended up being more that what we had thought, but they did a wonderful job in communicating and helping us through the whole process, of cutting a 4x4' hole in our ceiling, removing the insulation, drying out the beams then putting it all back together. They also went above that and made sure our roof would not leak again by replacing it and checking on it before they closed out the job. This experience has been wonderful, I highly recommend this company for any restoration and remodeling needs. They clearly care about your home, your belonging and you. Thank you service 1st!

  After discovering a leak with my dishwasher that had been going on for quite some time I called Service1st. The water damage was extensive with black mold on the surrounding cabinets and even more damage from water running down the wall to my lower level. After consulting with Service1st and discovering that they not only do water remediation but also remodeling, the decision was made to tear everything out and rebuild the kitchen. Service1st did a fantastic job, very professional with great communication. They coordinated with other suppliers and helped tie everything together. This was a huge project but the end result I couldn't be happier with. Highly recommend this company!

  After receiving several inches of water in my newly-finished basement, I was unsure of what to do. I called Service1st after hours and was immediately put in touch with a technician. They were at my home the next day. They quickly determined that the trim needed to removed and were in and out in several hours. They left equipment to get everything super dry and I felt safe knowing that the moisture issue was resolved. The staff was super professional, easy to talk to and very prompt and efficient. Stick with a local company that knows what they're doing! Thank you Service1st!
