  I called Sentinel, in a slight panic, after heavy winds blew the gutter downspouts completely off of my house. Preston had Dante’ come out to assess the damage that same day. My roof also sustained quite a bit of wind damage including sections of shingles that had blown off. He put a tarp on the roof to ensure I did not develop any leaks into the interior of my home. I ended up filing an insurance claim due to the extent of damage. Preston was kind enough to come out and speak with the appraiser on my behalf. He was able to get me on the schedule to replace the roof and repair my gutters within days. His work crews were always punctual and polite. My new roof is beautiful and Preston truly made this a seamless process. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he cares about customer satisfaction and maintaining a high quality standard of workmanship. I will definitely use Sentinel in the future and I would recommend them 100%

  Honored their warranty when there was a leak after they installed a new roof. Preston and Dimitry were professional and willing to make sure that the work was done correctly. Will use them again!

  I am so thankful for Sentinel Exteriors! I was blown away by the professionalism and quick turn around time, as well as the phenomenal work! From the very first point of contact, Dmitriy, the production manager, was so professional. He provided a fair quote and was very thorough in completing the project as soon as possible. The gutter screen installer, Ben, came and installed the gutter guards and they look amazing and extremely durable and high quality. I was very impressed! I have been trying to get gutter guards installed for many years and Sentinel Exterior blew my expectation out of the water. They completed the job quickly and in a clean manner as well. It is hard to find trustworthy people nowadays, but I will recommend sentinel a million times over and over to whoever needs work done on their homes. All the staff is excellent with awesome customer service and they truly are a phenomenal 5-star company! This is truly a company I can trust- they treat you like family and do exceptional work. I will be back for more updates on my home!
