  The SemperFi team was very professional and courteous. The work was done exactly as specified with little to no disruption to our routine. They went the extra mile to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed and during the project made sure my property was left in the same if not better condition than when they arrived. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

  I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from everyone at Semper Fi, from beginning to end. I’ve used Semper Fi for siding the house and garage, new gutters, service door replacement, and most recently a new roof and chimney work; tuck pointing, new cap and flue, and water seal. Everything was explained thoroughly, and communication was excellent. Quality, professional work, and a great team to work with. I would recommend Semper Fi to everyone. —-Pam Dean

  Great company. Very personable. They resided our house (removed the old wood siding and replaced it with by vinyl siding). Had some communication issues, but they were very responsive to my concerns and resolved them quickly and efficiently. My only constructive criticism is that the sales staff when conducting the interviews and sales should provide a basic list of industry terminology (what corners are, soffits, siding, molding, etc with applicable pictures) so that the buyers can better understand the lingo and be more informed when making decisions. My occupation is far from the construction industry and I miss-interpreted a few items based on industry terminology. Also, recommend that the company make routine follow ups when purchase delays happen from their manufacturers so that the buyers are in the loop and fully understand why they are happening. This would help to improve the feeling that you are an important buyer and not just another job. Other than that the experience and follow through has been nothing short of great. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great work.

  Thanks Sean that's great advice. Sometimes we take for granted that everyone speaks the same language. I think we will get to work on putting together a graphic that better explains the different parts of the house. Appreciate the feed back and thanks for the review.
